Our fleet consists of 5 recovery trucks and 5 replacement cars. We handle vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 7 t, provided they are within our loading limits: 8 m long, 3 m wide and 3.45 m high. We do not tow lorries or any vehicles with a gross vehicle weight above 7 t.
We use hydraulic platforms, hydraulic ramps, a lifting arm with a wheel lift or forks, a winch, a compressor, a jack, a torque wrench and wheel-changing equipment. 24/7 dispatch centre and drivers
The dispatch centre operates 24/7. Three drivers work during the day and two at night. If you wish, we can share the location of the recovery truck with you without requiring you to use a public app.
We can help most efficiently if you give us the exact location, the make and model of the car, the type of fault and whether the vehicle is in a safe place. All calls go to the same dispatch centre and the same phone number.
Coverage in Poland and abroad
We work in Suwałki and within 100 km of the town with no call-out surcharge. This includes Augustów, Sejny, Olecko, Ełk, Gołdap, Grajewo, Budzisko, Szypliszki, Raczki, Filipów, Wiżajny and the surrounding area.
