Who do I call when my car breaks down? ▼

What should I do if my car breaks down on a motorway? ▼

Why will my car not start? ▼

The cause may be the battery, the starter motor, the alternator, fuel, a fuse or a fault in the ignition system. If the engine still does not start, call us and we will jump-start it with a booster pack or take the car to a garage.

How do I start a car in winter? ▼

Before winter, have the battery tested and replace the fuel filter. If the car will not start, do not wear out the starter motor by cranking it for a long time. If you need a jump-start, we offer emergency jump-starting from 180 zł net.

Does roadside assistance always mean a tow truck? ▼

Not always. Sometimes a jump-start, a wheel change, fuel delivery or minor assistance on the spot is enough. When the car cannot continue under its own power, we send a recovery truck, described on the page tow truck in Suwałki.

What can you carry on a recovery truck? ▼

We transport vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 7 t and can confirm whether we can load yours once you give us its weight and dimensions. The maximum vehicle size is 8 m long, 3 m wide and 3.45 m high. Details are on the page vehicle transport on a recovery truck.

Can a car with an automatic gearbox be towed on a rope? ▼

We do not do that. In a car with an automatic transmission, the gearbox oil pump works only when the engine is running, so towing on a rope can damage the gearbox. The safe option is transport on the platform of a recovery truck.

Can electric cars be towed? ▼

We handle electric cars in accordance with high-voltage safety procedures and choose the method of transport to suit the condition of the vehicle. On the road, we can also help with emergency charging of an electric car.
