Frequently asked questions about forklift transportation
The price depends on the distance and weight. Local transport (up to 30 km) — 400-800 PLN. Longer distances — from 1500 PLN upwards. We quote each order individually. Call us, and we will give you an exact price based on your forklift and route.
The cost per kilometer depends on the weight of the forklift — on average 5-15 zł/km. But this is just a guideline. The actual price includes a fixed call-out fee + distance + loading/unloading. We always provide a complete quote before doing anything.
Transporting heavy machinery costs on average 200-400 zł per ton over a distance of 100 km. For shorter distances, the price per ton is higher. This is just a guideline — each order is priced separately.
UDT (Technical Devices Inspection) is the owner's obligation for the forklift, not for transport. It costs 150-400 zł depending on the service. We handle transport — we ensure it is safely insured regardless of the UDT status.
A technical inspection of a forklift costs 100-300 zł (at the service). If the forklift needs it — we suggest it but do not perform it — we handle transport. An inspected forklift is safer.
