When to order vehicle transport to Poland
We accept jobs when the car should not be driven back or is not legally ready for the road. This may be a newly purchased car, a vehicle with an engine, gearbox or electrical fault, a car after a minor collision or a more seriously damaged vehicle.
Transporting a car from abroad on a tow truck is a safe choice, especially with an automatic gearbox. We do not tow such vehicles with a tow rope, because the gearbox may operate without proper lubrication. When international tow-truck transport is needed, we ask straight away about the weight, dimensions and wheel condition so we can choose the right equipment.
Details and documents needed for the job
Before departure, we ask for specific details. This lets the driver know what equipment to take and how to plan the vehicle collection.

We do not act on behalf of public authorities or insurers when assessing formal requirements. If the car has an unusual status, the dispatcher will tell you what to prepare for the transport itself, while registration matters should be confirmed with the relevant office or insurer.
Vehicle limits and loading onto the tow truck
We transport vehicles within the capacity of our light fleet. We do not handle HGVs or vehicles over 7 t GVW. Maximum vehicle dimensions are 8 m in length, 3 m in width and 3.45 m in height.
Our tow trucks have hydraulics, hydraulic ramps, a winch and a wheel-lift or fork underlift arm. We can handle low, sports and modified cars, collision-damaged vehicles, and electric or hybrid cars following high-voltage safety procedures. If you simply need a tow truck abroad for a driveable car, we will also arrange a collection date.
